What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of newhorizonrepairservices.com, which New Horizon Repair Services operates from Orange County, CA. By opening the site, reading it or sending the estimate form, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site; you can still call us at (628) 291‑5490. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to the information you send and is part of these terms.
Using the site
The site exists so you can see the kind of work we do, learn how an estimate works and ask us for one. You may use it for that, for personal purposes or on behalf of a home or business you are responsible for. You may not:
- send the estimate form with automated tools, in bulk, or with false contact details;
- copy the site or its photos with scrapers or download tools, or reuse them on another site;
- probe, overload or interfere with the site, the form handler or the servers behind them;
- send anything unlawful or harmful, or photos of a space you have no right to share.
The form has limits on how many requests one connection can send and rejects submissions that look automated. We may block traffic that abuses it.
The content is general information
The pages about kitchens, bathrooms, whole homes, pools and our other services describe what those jobs involve in general, using projects we completed as examples. They are not advice about your specific project, and they are not an offer to do a particular job for a particular price. What a job for you includes is set out in the written estimate, and then in the written agreement for the work. Every space is different; the finished bathroom in Aliso Viejo or the kitchen in Corona shows what we did there, not what your room will look like.
We try to keep the site accurate and current. If you spot something that looks wrong, tell us at contact@newhorizonrepairservices.com.
Estimate requests are not a contract
Sending the form, emailing us or calling us asks for an estimate. It does not create a contract, reserve a date or commit either of us to anything. Estimates are free. We may decline a project, and you may decline an estimate, with no obligation either way.
Work begins only under a separate written agreement that both of us sign. That agreement, not this website, sets what is included, what it costs and how the job runs. If anything on this site conflicts with a written estimate or agreement, the written document controls.
Financing
Financing for our projects is offered through Synchrony and is subject to credit approval. Synchrony makes the credit decision, and the terms of any financing are set by Synchrony in its own agreement with you, not by this website. If you ask for the application link when you request an estimate, we send it to you; what happens after that is between you and Synchrony.
Project photos and other content
The photos on this site show real projects we completed in Aliso Viejo, Corona, Fountain Valley and Lake Forest. They, together with the text, the New Horizon name and mark, and the design of the site, belong to New Horizon Repair Services or are used here with permission. You may look at them and share links to our pages. You may not copy, download, crop, repost or use the photos or text in advertising, listings, portfolios or other websites without our written permission. Quotes from reviews are taken from what their authors wrote on Google and are credited to those authors.
Links to other sites
Some links lead away from this site, for example to Synchrony for financing, to our Google Business Profile and Yelp page for reviews, and to Google's and other providers' privacy notices. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for what they contain or how they treat your information, and linking to them is not an endorsement of anything on them. Each has its own terms and privacy policy.
The website is provided as is
We work to keep the site accurate, safe and available, but the site is provided as is and as available. We make no promise that it is free of errors, that it will always be reachable, that a page will load in a given browser, or that the estimate form will deliver every message; if the form fails, the page shows our phone number and email so you can reach us another way.
This section is about the website only. It says nothing about the remodeling work we do, which is covered by the written agreement for that project.
Limits on our liability for the website
To the extent California law allows, New Horizon Repair Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that comes from using this website, from being unable to use it, or from relying on its content. Because the site is free to use, our total liability for claims about the website itself is limited to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law, and nothing here limits or changes the written agreement for a project.
California law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the website is brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you agree to their jurisdiction. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we post the new version on this page with a new effective date at the top. Using the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
