What a bathroom remodel with us covers

Every item below is something you can see in the Aliso Viejo bathroom or in one of the three bathrooms of the Corona house.

• Demolition. The old tub deck, shower stall and floor tile come out. In Corona that meant a shower corner opened to the studs and a floor taken down to the subfloor before anything new went in.
• Walk-in showers. Large-format tile walls, a pebble tile floor with a linear drain, a two-tier recessed niche, a rain head with a handheld sprayer and a frameless sliding glass door, as in Aliso Viejo.
• Tubs. A tiled soaking tub under a garden window in the Corona primary bath, and a white subway-tile tub surround with a niche and a sliding glass door in the hall bath.
• Vanities. Double vanities with veined countertops and undermount sinks: brushed-gold faucets and gold-framed mirrors in Aliso Viejo, a navy vanity against a red patterned tile wall in Corona.
• Floors. Herringbone tile in the Corona primary bath, marble-look tile in the downstairs bath, wood-look plank in Aliso Viejo.
• Walls and doors. Shiplap with round mirrors and black cage sconces in one Corona bath, and a knotty wood barn door on black track hardware at the primary bath.
