A jetted tub on a beige tile deck and a corner shower behind a framed metal door both came out. A walk-in shower with a frameless sliding door went in, along with a black double vanity with brushed gold fittings. One before photo, five after.

Aliso Viejo was planned by the Mission Viejo Company, with the first homes offered for sale in 1982, and it incorporated in 2001 as Orange County's 34th city. Most of the housing went up between the late 1980s and the early 2000s.
That matters for what we get called for. A kitchen or a bathroom from that period is past the age where a cosmetic touch-up holds, but the house itself is young, the framing is sound and the layouts are generous. Most of our work here is the original finishes coming out and the room being rebuilt, not structural repair.
