Yorba Linda grew up in the 1970s and 1980s
Yorba Linda stayed a small farm town for decades: about 350 people in 1920 and still under 1,200 in 1960. Richard Nixon was born here in 1913, and his birthplace and presidential library are in the city. It incorporated in 1967 with about 11,000 residents.
Most of the houses came after that, through the 1970s and 1980s, East Lake Village among them. Bathrooms from those years usually still have the tub-and-shower combination, the original tile and the original valves, which is the work on this page.
